Food Parcel Project – Ongoing Support for Food Security

The “Food Parcel Project” is a year-round initiative run by Irshad Charity Association to combat food insecurity among low-income and vulnerable families across Lebanon. In response to the severe economic crisis and the deteriorating living conditions, the project transforms the generous donations of kind-hearted individuals into well-prepared food packages that meet the essential nutritional needs of impoverished households.

Each parcel is carefully assembled with staple food items such as rice, flour, oil, canned goods, pasta, sugar, and other essentials that ensure families have enough to sustain their daily needs for a period of time. This project supports thousands of individuals living below the poverty line, with distributions reaching needy households throughout Lebanon’s geographically diverse regions.

Operating continuously throughout the year, Irshad Charity maintains a well-organized distribution system based on an up-to-date database of beneficiaries. This ensures fair, fast, and effective delivery of aid.
